What is the Tenant Experience Survey?

A comprehensive survey to better understand the unique challenges tenants face.

All questions are optional and topics include: demographics and social identities, housing basics, finding housing, ending a lease, housing conditions and maintenance, safety and community.

Why is it needed?

This information is vital to creating housing solutions for everyone in our community, and data on renter experiences is often overlooked or not collected.

What will my responses be used for?

Your confidential responses will be used to inform local leaders so they can make policy decisions that take renter experiences into account. Data on what renters experience is often not collected and this survey seeks to fill that gap.

Survey responses are voluntary and confidential. Survey takes roughly 15 minutes to complete, dependent on answers.
